Lately ni Anis tgh mabuk fondant cake with frails.... so wiken nie semua fondant cake akan ada frailssssssssss

lepas jer hantar kek nie Anis training lari 5 km.... wah... balik... sgt la letih....

3 Tier Fondant Wedding Cake with White Gold Theme

Salam to all AMF readers....

Last week Anis busy jugak with some of AMF orders and training for Kinabalu....
But Alhamdulillah Anis berjaya siapkan semua order...

This time Anis buat cake for cute guy name Hanifa Hanafi (seriously he is cute and petite).... but it is not for him... utk adik dia DR Kapten....... bla bla bla ( sorry lupa nama pengantin)....

After a few times contact via email and phone call... i think i understand what he and his mom want....
seram jugak nak buat takut dapat customer cerewet... tapi Allhamdullah... he satisfied with the final outcome...

and the best part bila dia serahkan design pada Anis.... wah... sgt happy sbb boleh deco ikut idea i....
Setelah berhempas pulas....so nie lah hasilnya....

Since Anis hantar cake nie pagi2 tapi wedding tgh hari.. so baik la kita turunkan dulu cake nie sebelum apa2 yg tak baik jadi....

Thanks alot to Mr Hanifa for this order... i enjoyed deco this cake and look forward to work with you again.... (eh kenapa aku tibe@ london nie?.... hahaha sbb masa ni tgh draft report masa buat entrynie) hahahaha

bagi sesiapa yg follow Anis thru facebook.... lately Anis tgh all busy training utk Energizer Nite Race 10 Km this coming Mac... and sekali dgn training Kinabalu...

So sesiapa yg minat jom la join... ada afew AMF fans yg join race nie...

So setiap minggu Anis kene jogging 20-25 km...
so seminggu 4-5 kali Anis kene la pergi lari kat Titiwangsa.... why Titiwangsa? sbb taman lain agak seram nak lari waktu mlm... and normally my training start at 9-10pm... :)

Ok back to AMF....
This cake ordered from Dina... pengantin baru..... utk birthday Suami dia.... :) so sweettt....

Barbie / princess Deco Cake Class

AMF akan mengadakan kelas deco A-Z Barbie/ princess cake. Class will be conducted on 20th Feb 2010 at my appartment Rythem Avenue Appartment from 2pm-5pm


You will be teach how to bake the barbie cake and deco the cake by using the buttercream


Fees for this class rm 160 buat if you take package module cupcakes + barbie cake class fees will be ONLY RM 280.
Cupcakes class will be conducted on 20th Feb from 9am-2pm)

This is another ad hoc order that i received this week.... Azilah called me and wanted to order cupcakes....

she want it today... wah.... last minute gilerrrrr.... and i accepted this order tapi tak boleh la yg design susah sbb mlm tadi Anis ada Kinabalu traning (jogging 5 km: today penat gila... )
i baked the cupcakes before i started my training and deco today morning....
